Meet Our Speaker:
Rachel Rubin Wilkins - CEO, Team of Seven Consulting, LLC.
Rachel is an influential entrepreneur, event consultant, speaker, and International Best Selling Author who has positively impacted thousands globally by connecting them to career resources. She is the founder and CEO of Team of Seven Consulting, LLC, where she uses her strategic management and marketing skills to enhance various projects, particularly in the geospatial and digital marketing industries in St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO, and Orlando, FL. Rachel holds an interdisciplinary degree in Business-Marketing, French, and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a foreign language certificate from the University de Grenoble, France, and an Executive MBA from Washington University – Saint Louis. She is also certified in Social Cognitive Career Theory by the National Science Foundation.
Rachel is dedicated to workforce development, aligning students, professionals, and transitioning veterans with career guidance. She is passionate about empowering women through mentorship, particularly through her LeadHERship initiative. As a former admissions recruiter for MU and WASHU, she has extensive experience in creating positive career impacts. Rachel has advocated for women and young professionals globally, having led in various states in the US, Europe, and China. After 20 years as a military family, she has returned to Saint Louis with her husband and five children, enjoying outdoor adventures and family time.
