Join us for a Women's Leadership Retreat


The full-day workshop kicks off with coffee, networking, and a keynote on conquering work-life balance before diving into sessions on managing stress, building inner confidence, and discovering your personal grit. Attendees will enjoy engaging speakers including Cindy Rowe, Kelli Risse, Amy Lemire, and Jennifer Bardot, each sharing strategies to boost resilience, confidence, and success. Breaks are intentionally built in for connection, followed by a networking lunch to deepen relationships. The afternoon wraps with Cindy Rowe’s powerful session on redefining success through kindness and closes with guided networking and a tasting experience. Participants will walk away inspired, more knowledgeable, connected, and with 4.5 LU/PDH credits in hand.
